Learning how to swim can save your child's life! Our water adjustment class offers a fun, parent-child experience designed to build comfort, social skills, and water safety. Through engaging games and guided activities, young children learn basic water adjustment skills, while gradually transitioning to more independent interaction with instructors.

Preschool Lessons (3-5 Yrs)

Swim lessons can save a life, and we’re thrilled to introduce a brand-new lesson structure that is designed to accelerate learning and help kids become more independent in the water, faster! During the first class, your child will have the opportunity to show off their water skills in a fun and supportive environment while our friendly instructors will gently assess abilities like blowing bubbles, going underwater, floating on their back, swimming along the pool wall, and showing their best swim stroke. Based on that assessment, we’ll place them in a group with other kids at a similar level to help them grow and feel confident. With a low 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio, each child receives personalized attention. Instructors will continually assess progress, and when a child demonstrates confidence and competence in all skills at their level, they advance to the next one.
Preschool lessons introduces swimmers to the water by teaching basic skills such as floating, blowing bubbles, submerging the face, and moving arms and legs, and more all with a focus on building comfort and independence.

- Youth Swim Lesson Levels:
- Level 1 - Introduction to Water Skills: Learning how to swim can save your child’s life! Join us as your child builds essential water safety skills in a fun, supportive environment. They’ll learn basic water skills like bobs, floats, glides, swimming short distances, floating independently, and more.
- Level 2 - Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Learning to swim can save your child’s life! This class builds on basic skills, introducing jumping into deep water, rhythmic breathing, various floats, treading water, changing direction, and basic front and back crawl. Students begin independent swimming by combining arm and leg movements and learning new strokes like elementary backstroke and freestyle arms.
- Level 3 - Stroke Development and Improvement: Learning to swim can save your child’s life! This program builds on existing skills, teaching streamlined glides, sitting and standing dives, deep-water back floats, and tread water with the eggbeater kick. Swimmers progress in freestyle with side breathing, backstroke, elementary backstroke, sidestroke, and begin learning butterfly and breaststroke with dolphin and whip kicks.
- Level 4 - Stroke Refinement and Skill Proficiency: Learning to swim can save your child’s life! In this advanced class, swimmers build endurance and refine techniques in all major strokes. Skills include shallow and surface dives, retrieving objects, sculling, flip turns, and treading water with the eggbeater kick. Students will swim longer distances, using proper freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and elementary backstroke, as well as learn sidestroke and underwater swimming.
Homeschool Swim Program (5-12 Yrs)

Our NEW Homeschool Swim Program offers homeschool families the ideal blend of structured physical education and meaningful peer interaction. Each session begins with a 30-minute instructor-led lesson, where instructors work with groups sorted by swimming ability to teach foundational skills or refine advanced techniques. Afterward, children enjoy 30 minutes of supervised open swim, a relaxed opportunity to practice new skills, socialize with peers, and build confidence. This thoughtfully designed format addresses both physical fitness and essential water-safety awareness aligning perfectly with homeschool PE needs. Whether your child is just getting comfortable in the water or striving to polish stroke technique, our goal is to help every swimmer feel confident, competent, and safe.

Learning to swim as a teen or adult can feel intimidating especially if you’ve never had the opportunity before or feel uncertain around water. This class is thoughtfully designed for ages 13 and up who are new to swimming or want to strengthen their basic skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment. We know that trying something new can feel like a big step, and our goal is to help you feel safe, empowered, and confident in the water. Lessons focus on building comfort and trust, starting with fundamentals like breathing, floating, and body position. As your confidence grows, you’ll begin learning beginner-level front and back strokes at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn or are ready to move past old fears, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Learning how to swim can save you or your child’s life! Maximize the individual attention you receive and the speed in which you learn by signing up for 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 private swim lessons! These lessons are great for children, teens or adults. Private swim instruction provides flexible scheduling and personalized attention to meet the needs of every swimmer. Lessons are sold in bundles of three-30 minute lessons.
Note on Semi-Private Lessons: In order to maximize your time at each semi-private swim lesson, we recommend that each participant has similar swimming abilities.

Free Open Swim While Enrolled In GROUP Swim Lessons
To encourage our swimmers to practice their skills between lessons, each child who enrolls in our group swim lessons will receive a family open swim certificate that will allow FREE unlimited access for their immediate family to open swim for the duration of their swim lesson session. Family open swim certificates will be handed out on the first day of swim lessons and may be redeemed for a Splash Pass at the service desk. One certificate per family. Certificates are non-transferrable.
