This class is a fun way for 5-7 yr olds to get an introduction into acting! We will read stories about animals and then act them out. Bring your imagination and be ready to have fun!

summer theater camp

9-15 Yr Olds

Ready for a complete theater experience, including auditions, rehearsal and performance? This summer theater camp is for you! We will rehearse and perform a short play in just two weeks! We will be performing the play, “Will You Be My Nemesis?” by Kathryn Funkhouser, which includes fun characters like superheroes and supervillains! Everyone gets a part that will help them grow in confidence and performance skills. Scripts will be available for pick up prior to auditions.

  • Audition Dates: Sat, May 31 | 10am-12pm OR Mon, June 2 | 6-8pm 
    • Auditions will take place at Cityside MS - Performing Arts Room
    • Everyone gets a part in the play
    • Auditions are held to determine what part each person gets in the play
    • Your audition date will be assigned at a later date 
    • Scripts will be available for pick up prior to auditions
