DEEP WATER WALKING
12 Yr Olds-Adults
Embrace the refreshing experience of Deep Water Walking, a self-guided aquatics program. This initiative allows you to indulge in pool exercises at your own rhythm, including treading, walking, and water weights. Not only does it offer a high-quality cardio and muscular workout, but it also assists in preventing potential injuries and eases stress on bones and joints. Currently, only the deep end of the pool is accessible, but worry not, as fitness equipment is readily available for use.
