AQUA FIT - SHALLOW
A low-to-medium intensity shallow water workout designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, toning and strength.

CARDIO DANCE GOLD
A combo of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to different tempos of music. You’ll have fun movin’ and groovin’ while improving your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscle memory! Participants will improve their coordination and cardio health with this class. You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy moving to the beat!

CARDIO DRUMMING
One doesn’t need to be a drummer to get a cardio workout while having fun with music! In addition to aerobic exercise, Cardio Drumming also helps with motor movement and coordination. You do this class while sitting or go for a challenge with some of the standing moves. Join us for a workout with a great playlist!

FIRM H2O GOLD
A senior version of one of our most popular aqua classes! Each class includes stretching, shallow water high intensity interval training, and strength and endurance training.

GENTLE YOGA
The perfect yoga for seniors! Join us to ensure you remain independent and enjoy a full life as you age. Participants will develop muscle strength/tone, improve balance/posture, increase flexibility, reduce injuries and to feel GREAT! This beginner level class is taught in the Iyengar Method, which focuses on accessibility for all ages and body types. All poses will be taught with modifications when needed.

MOBILITY
12 Yr Olds-Adults
Our mobility class is designed to improve your range of motion, flexibility, and balance through exercises that strengthen and lengthen your body. Exercises can include a variety of movements and techniques, such as dynamic stretching, bodyweight exercises, elements of yoga/pilates and more!. Mobility classes are a fun way to explore how well your body is moving and can be taken as an active recovery on non-training days or as a low-intensity exercise class.

PILATES
A total body conditioning program combining flexibility and strength exercises using controlled movements. Participants will develop body and mind uniformity, gain balance, flexibility, and strength, while improving posture and developing a strong powerhouse.

RELAX YOGA
Relax Yoga focuses on three "R"s: Release, Regulate, and Relax. It encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. The physical postures promote flexibility, relieve tension, and alleviate pain. The sound bath at the end of the class allows you to reduce stress, clear energetic and emotional blocks, improve mood, increase awareness, reduce pain, and boost your health.
