CLASS RESERVATION information

  • Online Only: Reserving a spot in a fitness class may only be done online

  • Is a Reservation Required? No, but it is recommended if you want to guarantee your spot in a class that may fill up

  • 24 Hours in Advance: Reservations open 24 hours prior to the start of any class

  • No-Show/Cancelation:

    • If you reserved a spot in a fitness class but no longer can attend, call our front desk (616-748-3230) or stop in our office to remove yourself from the class

    • If you reserve a spot for a class, your spot is reserved up to five minutes after the class has started

    • If you're more than five minutes late and/or don't show up, you'll be considered a “no show”, your account will be charged $8 and your spot may be given to someone else

AQUA FIT - DEEP

12 Yr Olds-Adults

A medium intensity deep water workout that combines cardio, core, and strength training to help you burn fat, increase cardiovascular fitness, and muscle tone.

AQUA FIT - SHALLOW

A low-to-medium intensity shallow water workout designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, toning and strength.

BOOTCAMP 

12 Yr Olds-Adults

Bootcamp is a fun way to get your heart rate up while incorporating strength training. We utilize timed intervals while rotating to each body part to get a full body burn. By using resistance training, we maximize your time! Our instructor ensures that you are provided modifications as needed, so Bootcamp is for all levels!

CARDIO DANCE GOLD

A combo of dance choreography and cardio exercises set to different tempos of music. You’ll have fun movin’ and groovin’ while improving your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscle memory! Participants will improve their coordination and cardio health with this class. You don’t have to be a dancer to enjoy moving to the beat!

CARDIO DRUMMING

One doesn’t need to be a drummer to get a cardio workout while having fun with music! In addition to aerobic exercise, Cardio Drumming also helps with motor movement and coordination. You can do this class while sitting or standing. Go for a challenge by adding jumping for a higher impact. Join us for a workout with a great playlist!

CARDIO GOLF

12 Yr Olds-Adults

CardioGolf® is a fun workout to not only improve your swing technique, but also help you improve in core fitness areas. In CardioGolf you will learn golf-specific warm-ups, swing drills for more power and speed, and fixes for swing faults. Plus you will engage with moves for strength, flexibility, stability, and endurance. CardioGolf uses a 23” Shortee Golf Club provided by our LPGA Teaching Professional. There is no need to bring your own equipment! CardioGolf is for golfers and non-golfers alike since it focuses on skills we all need: coordination, speed, agility, balance, and accuracy!

CARDIO SCULPT

A high-intensity circuit style class that combines cardio, strength and core training into a fun full body workout. Each workout includes strength training and powerful pilates moves to burn calories. Tone and build muscle all while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength.

HIIT

Time to wake up those muscles, pump out those endorphins, elevate your mood, and reduce stress with high intensity interval training (HIIT)! HIIT is designed to maximize the calorie burn by utilizing calisthenic exercises in short, intense bursts. This class builds muscle strength and improves functional movement. No matter your starting strength level, you will be able to build with each workout!

This is a great class for those new to yoga! Join us to develop muscle strength/tone, improve balance/posture, increase flexibility, reduce injuries and to feel GREAT! This beginner level class is taught in the Iyengar Method, which focuses on accessibility for all ages and body types. This class also prepares participants for the more advanced level two class.

The perfect yoga for seniors! Join us to ensure you remain independent and enjoy a full life as you age. Participants will develop muscle strength/tone, improve balance/posture, increase flexibility, reduce injuries and to feel GREAT! YOGA - RELAX

Relax Yoga focuses on three "R"s: Release, Regulate, and Relax. It encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. The physical postures promote flexibility, relieve tension, and alleviate pain. The sound bath at the end of the class allows you to reduce stress, clear energetic and emotional blocks, improve mood, increase awareness, reduce pain, and boost your health.
