Supply Lists - Updated 7/8/22

You may be wondering about school supplies.  These are items that each student will need to have.  If you are able to purchase these for your child, that is fantastic as it will allow me to stretch my school budget a little farther.  If that is not possible, please do not worry, I will make sure everyone has what they need.   I will give you a folder when you come to visit.

Classroom Supplies:

*1 sturdy hard sided/plastic pencil box (8.5” x 5” x 2.5”)(Walmart, Target, Meijer, Amazon)
*1 box of 24 Crayola crayons
*1 reusable water bottle (will go back and forth to school daily)

There are also some optional items listed below.   These are NOT mandatory, just some things we use a lot during the year!

*hand sanitizer 
*antibacterial cleaning wipes 
*bandages *tissues
*watercolor markers (Crayola)  
*re-closeable plastic bags – gallon, quart, sandwich, snack
*napkins    *Dixie cups   *paper plates – dinner size and dessert size

Wish List:

Classroom Snacks!  We will have a class snack once or twice every day. Graham crackers, animal crackers, goldfish crackers, fruit snacks, granola bars, etc. 

You may be wondering about kindergarten school supplies.  The only thing your child needs before the first day of school is a backpack.  We have all of the supplies you need here at school.  Your child will receive a folder provided by our PTO.  However, if you would like to donate some items to our classroom, there are some suggestions below.  These are NOT mandatory, just some things we use a lot during the year:

  • bandages
  • highlighters
  • pencils
  • Clorox wipes             
  • paper plates – dinner size and dessert size
  • paper cups
  • paper towel
  • Zip Lock bags: sandwich, quart & gallon sizes
  • glue sticks
  • Individually wrapped Community snacks for the whole class.  Beginning with the first day of school. 

For your individual child:**

  • Over the ear headphones 

**We will have these for your child at school, but wanted to give the option of providing your own. The headphones will be kept at school, and will only be used by your child.  

 

 

Suggested Student Supply List

  • Pencils (ticonderoga #2 pencils are best for our pencil sharpeners at school)
  • Colored Pencils
  • 2 Glue Sticks
  • 1 Highlighter 
  • 2 or 4 Black Fine Tip Expo brand dry erase markers
  • 1 pair of Scissors 
  • 1 Pencil Box or Pencil Pouch (Please make sure that items listed above can fit inside)
  • 1 Composition 100 page Notebook (not spiral notebooks)
  • 2   (1 or 1 ½ inch) Three-Ring Binders with clear front pocket (binders can be any color)
  • 1 set of headphones-no earbuds (over the ear work best) 

**Please do not send in additional items such as pencil sharpeners, rulers, etc.  We have classroom items for student use.

Suggested Supply List for 2nd Grade

● Over the ear headphones, not ear buds (link to a good pair on  Amazon)

● 1 composition notebook

● 1 inch 3-ring binder

● 1 red folder (not plastic/ not labeled with name)

● 1 yellow folder with prongs in the middle (not plastic/not labeled with name)

● 1 green folder (not plastic/ not labeled with name)

● 1 pencil pouch (size 10” x 7 ½” or larger)

● Pencils (pre-sharpened if possible)

● Crayons and/or colored pencils (if your child wishes to have their own)

● 3 dry erase markers (if your child wishes to have their own)

We offer morning snacks to those who are not able to bring their own. If you are able to contribute to this a few times throughout the school year, your support would be greatly appreciated.

Please send in individually wrapped only.

Third Grade Supply List

  • One, wide ruled spiral notebook 
  • Four folders (2 pocket)– 1 red, 1 blue, 1 green & 1 yellow 
  • Earbuds or headphones – in a labeled Ziploc bag
  • Two black dry erase markers 
  • 4 Glue sticks
  • 1 dozen #2 pencils (#2 pencils work best in school pencil sharpeners)
  • Box of Crayons
  • One highlighter
  • 2 composition notebooks (any color)

  • Wireless mouse (optional)
  • Pack of 3x3 post it notes

The following is a Wish List for items that our class will need throughout the school year. If you would like to donate any of these we’d really appreciate it. We take donations all year round! THANKS!

  • Snacks- fruit snacks, cheez its, pretzels, granola bars, goldfish, animal crackers, or any individually wrapped snacks.

4th Grade Supply List

  • A sturdy  backpack
  • A plastic pencil box 8” x 5” x 3” (This size is important due to desk space.  These keep our desks organized, so we can locate our school supplies quickly and easily.) Note:  These can be purchased for $1.00 or sometimes less at dollar stores in our area.
  • Pencils and an eraser
  • 1-inch three-ring binder
  • 2 composition notebooks (often with black and white “marbled” cover - no spiral bound)
  • 2 black dry erase markers
  • A pair of earbuds or headphones to use with Chromebook
  • Set of 12 colored pencils
  • Pair of scissors
  • Water bottle with sealed top (name written on the side)

Optional, but strongly recommended:

  • Wireless mouse to use with Chromebook

Folders, paper, and everything else needed has been supplied.  Thank you for having your learning tools ready and organized for our first week of school.

Wish List Items

The following items are needed by our class throughout the year.  If any parents would be able to donate any of these it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks so much!

  • Writing Composition notebook: 1 (black & white cover), 1 (any color cover)
  • Post-it pads: 5-7 packs (3in. X 3in.) any colors
  • #2 Pencils: 2 packs of 24 of your choice (pre sharpened ones are great)
  • Highlighter markers: 2 any colors
  • Dry Erase Markers:1 package of 8 markers (any colors)
  • Scissors 
  • Glue Sticks; 1 package of 4 sticks
  • Colored Pencils: 1 package of at least 12 colors 
  • Markers: 1 package of at least 10 colors
  • Pencil Pouch (no pencil boxes please!): 1-2 depends on your needs
